The picture vividly reflects the possible threats from air pollution in the future when everybody has to carry an oxygen tank to breathe fresh oxygen. Maybe this picture is a little bit exaggerated: however, we cannot neglect the seriousness of air pollution.
As a matter of fact, we have many methods to avoid or reduce the harm of air pollution. First of all, the major source of air pollution comes from industrial pollution. Therefore, we should try to develop new energy to replace the traditional ones. Secondly, automobile exhaust is the second largest source of air pollution, so we should try to take public transportation vehicles as much as possible and try to develop new clean-energy vehicles. Thirdly, we should plant more trees to absorb more carbon dioxide in the air and let trees release more oxygen through the process of photosynthesis.
